I had a great first experience! Brenda at the front desk was welcoming and kind, and Jenny was exceptionally professional and lovely. I had my first ever dental visit at Smile Design Dental Care, and it was a great experience. The staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming. Brenda at the front desk was very helpful, and Dr. Hind was efficient, thorough, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. If you are someone who struggles with health routines and  different medical maintenance due to mental health issues or if you have severe anxiety around procedures specifically dental ones, this is the place for you. the entire staff is incredibly kind and supportive and use very trauma-informed language. Their advice and recommendations will come from a place of Care and not judgment which is unfortunately rare when it comes to dental practices in my experience. Absolutely best dental service ever been to! From the front desk receptionist (wow she's amazing; every office should follow this woman's protocol) dental hygienist, (Jenny: patient, professional, friendly, really puts you at ease, takes her time to ensure excellent service) Dr. Hanna, down to earth, excellent communication, patient). So efficient, really welcoming, friendly, informative, patient; can't recommend them more highly! Really makes seeing your dentist a pleasant experience.
